When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2-7 days in the U.S. states, however, allow for up to three weeks on customized jewelry.  If you require expedited shipping on your order, please contact orders@kkaydesigns.com before you place your order.

Wedding, Engagement rings and other complex customizations are excluded from shipping times listed above.

Please be aware that I do not ship on Holidays or weekends.  Orders are shipped Monday-Friday from my Minnesota studio. 

How will I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

NON-custom jewelry:

My goal is for you to love love love your K Kay Designs jewelry, however if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or a new piece of jewelry.  Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. I do recommend returns be shipped USPS or UPS with insurance for the value of the jewelry and with a tracking number for your protection.  K Kay Designs is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

The beauty of buying handmade is the perfect imperfections that come along with it.   Please be aware that all items are made with two hands and two eyes, not a machine ?

Please contact returns@kkaydesigns.com for a RA (Return Authorization) number and return shipping address.   Returns will be processed and credited upon receipt of item. You will see a credit to your card within 3-5 business days less shipping cost.

 

Custom jewelry:

Returns are not accepted on custom jewelry.

What if my jewelry breaks?

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me.  I strive to create quality jewelry, so, if for some reason your jewelry breaks, I am happy to make repairs or replace, free of charge for defective jewelry within one year.  However, I cannot replace/repair jewelry that has been damaged due to misuse or excessive use or loss; most commonly, chains break by wearing them while sleeping, showering with them on, or just not being gentle. These would be examples in which I do not repair, but, can sell you a new chain to replace. Please make sure you check out my Jewelry Care section on ways to best protect your jewelry.

Repairs can be made for a fee depending on what needs to be done and materials used to make the repair.  Please contact me through the contact form to discuss options.
